Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana on 14 April1976. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. She went to Ouachita High School for the second semester of her studies. She then transferred from there to River Oaks High School after the school year ended. Following her graduation, she went to Northeast Louisiana University. Ward quit school at thirteen and relocated to New York so that she was able to begin modeling. She tried her hand in acting several years later. Her first role was an uncredited part in 1970's soap opera All My Children, and then was cast as the lead in a drama for teens on NBC Prime Time Malibu Shores. The daytime soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the female Meg Cummings in late 1996. In 1999, she began her film career playing Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic comedy The In Crowd. The film was not a huge success in cinemas however, it was a huge success on home video and cable. Ward was then in a crucial support role in Shallow Hal, a hit film. Apart from her direct-to-DVD role, Ward made several guest appearances on TV shows like Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother to a young girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In her private life she was married to David C. Robinson. The couple had a boy called Cameron.

Sandra Lee has achieved great recognition on social media thanks to her blackhead and pimple popping removal videos. She is also well-known as Dr. Pimple popper and is followed by more than 13 million people on her You Tube, Instagram and the Facebook page. Additionally, she appeared in the TLC series Dr. Pimple Popper for six seasons. Additionally, she's created her own line of skincare products, and she has written an entertaining comprehensive illustrated manual on skin care.
